No trip to Sydney could be considered complete without a stop at the Sydney Fish Market, the world’s third largest fish market (behind Tokyo and Mexico City) and second largest in terms of variety. With daily wholesale auctions, the market incorporates a working fishing port, wholesale fish market, fresh seafood retail market and a seafood cooking school.

However our stop in the afternoon was not in time for the auctions, they start at 5:30 a.m. We were in plenty of time to see the displays of every creature under the sea.

Mark was in heaven, wanting to order one of everything.

What a wonderful way to end our wonderful adventure in Sydney, Australia.
